What is a Guaranteed Loan Approval Worth to You?

At "XPF", we are unapologetic about our Fees. We have connected with hundreds, if not thousands of Borrowers over our 30 years of experience, and one thing that is common across as much as 98% of them - they want everything for Free. They want Loan Brokers to attend calls 7 days a week, at all hours of the day. They expect Brokers to shop their file around to every Lender they know, gather all of the necessary application materials, and make those presentations until a loan is secured. And, all of this is to be done for free, until a loan is granted and disbursed, at which time the Broker has to often fight with the Borrower for the payment of fees. This storyline has played itself out time after time, and we at "XPF" have no interest in being the central figure in that plot.

Professionals charge not only for what they do, but also for what they know, and what tools that they bring to the game for the benefit of the client. In our case, we possess the ability to guarantee a loan approval for you, as long as you meet the minimum qualifications for our Lender, which are clearly explained in the "Lending Criteria" section of this site.

A) LOAN PROGRAM FEES: “XPF” charges a Flat Fee of $25,000 USD for its Loan services, and it is broken into several "Performance Benchmarks," as follows;

  • Engagement/Retainer Agreement & Initial Retainer - $5,000 USD.                ALL Services begin with our Retainer. This will set us in motion towards delivering the result that you are looking to achieve. We will begin the process of working with you to gather the necessary documents required for the "Pre-Approval" phase of the service you require . This will require fairly regular email and phone communications, in order to give the Borrower a clear understanding of the deal, and then we will coordinate the documents for submission.                                                                                                                    

  • Delivery of Acceptance Letter & Term Sheet from Lender - $10,000 USD.        We will provide you with an Acceptance letter from the Lender indicating their willingness to proceed with a Loan Transaction with your company. We will also have a "Non-Binding Term Sheet" for you to accept before the deal moves to the next phase.                                                                                

  • Introduction to Lender & Structuring of Credit Facility - $10,000 USD.           Upon acceptance of your Term Sheet, we will make the formal introduction to the Lender. From this point forward, you will work directly with the Lender to completion. "XPF" will step away from the transaction and allow you to complete your business without any interference from us.

  • Introduction to Global Structuring Team (International Attorneys, Consultants & Bankers) - Upon receipt of the initial $7,500 USD "Retainer", we will assemble our Global Structuring Team and review your file, discussing the services and structures that you want to have in place. They will then develop a full proposal, complete with a cost estimate to execute your plan.

The $25,000 Loan Arrangement Fee, and/or the $7,500  Global Structuring Fee must be wired to a Law Firm appointed by "XPF" at time of initial engagement, and will be released to "XPF" as each benchmark is reached (where applicable)..

 

This Fee is essentially designed to compensate us for the work that we must perform, in order to deliver on our promise, and to cover the costs that we incur during our own due diligence process. We fully expect to work with you for about 4-6 weeks, in an effort to create a complete and accurate application package, which will furnish a guaranteed approval from the Lender.

 

Taking the "Cheaper Route"...                                                                                There will always be “cheaper” options out there for you to consider, but NONE of them will offer you the highly advantageous Terms and Conditions that our “white glove” service can provide. It is also important to understand that the Cost of Borrowing that we are provided, which we pass on to you, will more than offset the Fees that you would pay to us for our service. As proof of this claim, we have also secured you a 5% per year interest payment on your initial capital, while it sits protected from any potential risks.

Are there Any Other Fees?

​

Yes. There is a 3% Loan Fee charged by the Lender on the total loan facility, and paid at the time of the first loan disbursement. There is also a monthly “oversight fee” that compensates the Loan Custodian, who provides monthly oversight on your Loan. The Lender will walk you through the Fee structure before you commit to the Loan.

Lastly, the "Final Loan Agreement" will require a $30,000 USD Payment to the Lender's Paymaster, in order for the Final Loan agreements to be developed, and for the “GSA” (General Security Agreement) to be registered on the Project in the jurisdiction in which it is being developed. This eliminates the need for the Lender to demand personal guarantees, or any need to encumber your corporate assets – including your initial capital, both of which would always be attached to the Loan with any traditional Retail Lender.

 

The Project is the Only Collateral

Only the Project being financed will ever be encumbered as collateral. In fact, even in the event of a default, the initial capital will never be seized! This means that in the event that you have an "Investor" that is putting up your initial capital on your behalf, they no longer need to worry whether they can lose any money in the deal, because it is impossible - it will always remain in their control, and it will never be used as collateral against the Loan.

Every business decision should be made with a Cost-Benefit analysis in mind. You are here because you need financing, and if you are like everyone else who comes to us, you are here because your traditional Lenders are not cooperating. Yes, there are costs if you want to deal with us; however, we are the only Lender that I know who CAN give you a guarantee right out of the gate, and furnish a loan with the Terms and Conditions that we offer. We put our cost right at the forefront, so if you don't believe that your time or your business is worth the cost, then we wish you well in your endeavour, and maybe we will cross paths another time.
